On 3/18, the Internet Union to Join Oflen Propasal was officially made into law. The law allowed the Internet Union to join the Kingdom of Oflen as a new state within it made the Internet Union's former president RichRacc into the state's viceroy. A viceroy is sort of like the monarchy version of a republic's governor.
